Desktop Remote Access
Objective
Log into your computer in the office remotely using the LogMeIn portal provided by TechWorks Inc.
Procedure
In any internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) go to noc.techworksinc.com.
Log in using your email address and the provided password by TechWorks Inc in the above window.
Once you have complete the log in, select the left-most icon for your computer.
Enter the username and password of your computer at the office in the window below.
Select Remote Control from the left hand menu.
Remote control will launch and you will have remote control of the machine at your office.
Click on the top menu bar inside the remote control session for additional features to make your session productive.
IOS/Android Remote Access
Download the app “ITS247” off of the App or Google play store(the app works for both IOS and Android
Use your login to log in
Find the Machine you want remote access to and tap on it
Input the login credentials for that machine
Congratulations you are now logged in!
